Yes, I do think the kitchen transom balances the windows on that side of the house. Kind of reminds me of a yearbook page layout - cantilevered. I think all 4 sides of the house look pretty good. The windows could line up slightly better, but I don't know how to do it, so this is good enough.

Actually, exact window alignment can appear static or dead, but it's hard to make an asymmetrical layout just right, and takes a practiced eye.
I have an architecture/design book that goes into this topic, and it's obvious how most of today's builders usually get it wrong.
Given all the constraints in your project, your elevations are about as good as they'll get.
